So Big...and soon...So Much Trouble

Tyler is getting so big now! I can't believe he's almost 10 months old already. So I shouldn't be surprised when he starts doing new things. You'd think by my 4th child it wouldn't be so much of a surprise, but I still get as excited for Tyler as I did for McKee. Before we know it, this little guy is going to be walking around! Last night we were sitting in my front room and all of a sudden I looked over and Tyler was standing up at the couch all by himself! I quick grabbed the camera and took his picture, and then i got the on the way up pics after he sat back down and was pulling himself up again. He's so cute!

School Picture Day

Today Seth has his kindergarden school pictures. I fixed his hair this morning according to his request, and he looks so cute. I couldn't help but take his picture so I could post it on the blog. He's going for a dressier casual look! :) Watch out ladies!

Green Day

Not the band...For the month of October at Brooke's preschool the kids are asked to wear a different color each day and they learn about that color and the letter of the alphabet that starts it off. So today is green day. Well, Brooke likes to tell me how she wants her hair done and since it was green day, we found the green pony tail holders. There were 6 of them, and she wanted "lots of ponytails." So I gave her what she wanted, and then she found 2 pink ones that matched her shoes (she cracks me up with this girlie stuff) and wanted those too. So here is what we came up with today for green day with lots of ponytails!

Long Time no Write...

It's been over a month since I've posted anything, so I decided to put in a blurb. Tyler has started crawling and can now say "dada" "baba" and "lalala" it's so cute! I have a little video of
him the day he was starting to talk. (I'm trying to post the video, it wouldn't go through for some reason...)

The kids had their primary presentation today. They did a great job! McKee was part of a "men's" group. Janet (our primary president) put together all the boys 8-10yrs old and they sang the 2nd verse of I Know That My Redemeer Lives, it was so cute. The boys did a great job! All of those boys are either my cubscouts now, or were last year. It's special for me to see them up there. Brooke is loving her dance class. If anyone will be in the area in December, she's performing a Christmas damce. I can't wait to see it! MIke has his massive GFP coming up Nov, 3rd, so we've been geering up for that. He has a blog now too... http://luckydrift.blogspot.com/ and the other is http://guysfliesandpies.blogspot.com/ check them out!

Here is a picture of a quilt I made for my friend Danielle, who had a daughter named Samantha! She's adorable. I couldn't post it until now because I just barely gave it to her last Monday! That's all for now.

New Year Day

Today was a fun day. Mike and I sat the kids down and explained our new chore system and any over our expectations of them. It seemed to go...
